Wendy LaMarr, LMSW-C, CAADC

Mrs. LaMarr is passionately committed to helping individuals navigate difficult life circumstances in order to achieve optimal personal power and resilience, self-fulfillment and improved quality of life. With 20 years of experience as a Clinical Social Worker, Mrs. LaMarr has provided individual and family therapy, home based counseling, family preservation, juvenile justice, crisis intervention services, and domestic violence counseling and advocacy to a variety of individuals.  Mrs. LaMarr's treatment approaches, include, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, which she has successfully used to treat depression, anxiety, substance use, and other mental health concerns. She specializes in providing services to adults and adolescents. With each clinical encounter, Mrs. LaMarr strives to deliver ethical, professional, culturally competent, compassionate services in a safe, welcoming, nonjudgmental environment. Using a person centered, strength-based approach, coupled with active listening to ensure that she has a full understanding of the client's needs, desires and preferences. She will partner with you to develop an individualized service plan for achieving your emotional health and wellbeing goals.​

Shaesha Shoulders, LLMSW-C

Mrs. Johnson is a woman of faith who is passionate about empowering others to uphold their dignity and self-worth regardless of ethnicity, race, religion, creed, gender, or cultural beliefs. She firmly believes that an individual’s overall health is accomplished by providing clients with psychoeducation which focuses on managing, coping, and ultimately healing from past and current traumas. Her clinical experience ranges from mood to trauma-related disorders. She has clinical knowledge in various theoretical approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing which she successfully utilized during employment with various Community Mental Health Agencies. Mrs. Johnson strongly believes that everyone should have access to mental health services in an effort to achieve optical happiness. Her therapeutic approach is to promote total healing within the mind, body, and soul via the power of a listening ear and wise counsel.

Ms. Dudley-Shoulders clinical background is serving adolescents, adults, and older adults in the mental health and medical healthcare settings. Ms. Dudley-Shoulders uses a client-centered approach; her specialties include, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Art and Music Therapy. Ms. Dudley-Shoulders works diligently with GLCS clients towards total healing of the mind, body, and soul. Ms. Dudley-Shoulders utilizes strength-based approaches and techniques. Ultimately, assisting GLCS clients to address and resolve their mental health concerns from a strength base perspective. She prides herself on the rule to "always look at the glass half full rather than half empty” to help clients improve their overall quality of life.
